The production of a standardized operational procedure (SOP) for the analysis of methylation of circulating DNA.

The creation of a common annotated methylation database of circulating DNA from patients with breast and pancreatic cancer
Expected Results :
- SOP for the prospective collection, treatment, and storage of circulating and tumor DNA
- A dissemination workshop of the results obtained
- Analysis of the methylation status of circulating DNA in patients diagnosed with TN breast and pancreatic cancer
- Identification of non-invasive biomarkers for diagnosis (molecular classification), prognosis and treatment follow-up
Collaborative projects
The collaborative projects bring together at least two transnational partners (academic or industrial) from France, Spain and Portugal.
